Update

Esta semana yo estoy trabajando con La Pedrera por la tarde.  Yo ayudo a los niños con su tarea, matemáticas, y escribiendo (y juego mucho Jenga, Bingo, fútbol, y kickball).  Es un camino duro en una colina grande.  Buen ejercicio!

Ayer yo fui a un partido de fútbol con un grupo grande de la escuela.  Fue muy divertido!  Los Superchivos de Xela ganaron!  Después del partido yo pasé un poco tiempo con amigos.  Cuando traté de entrar a mi casa no fue posible.  Los chicos habían dejado la cerradura incorrecta.  Yo corrí mucho, persiguiendo a mis amigos, pero no los encontré.  Entonces regresé a casa y toqué el timbre hasta que alguien vino.  Otra aventura para mi!

Este fin de semana yo iré a una playa bonita con un grupo de la escuela.  La playa, en Monte Rico, es muy lejos de Xela, pero vamos a tener nuestro propio bus y yo voy a dormir mucho.  :-p  Estoy emocionada!

This week I am working with La Pedrera in the afternoons.  I help the kiddies with their homework, math, and writing (and play lots of Jenga, Bingo, soccer, and kickball).  It is a difficult walk up a big hill/mountain.  Good exercise!

Yesterday I went to a soccer game with a group from the school.  It was very fun!  Los Superchivos from Xela won!  After the game, I hung out with some friends.  When I tried to enter my house, it wasn't possible.  The boys had locked the wrong lock.  I ran a lot, chasing after my friends, but I didn't find them.  Then I went back to the house and rang the doorbell until someone came.  Another adventure for me!


This weekend I am going to a beautiful beach with a group from the school.  The beach, in Monte Rico, is very far from Xela, but we will have our own bus, and I will sleep mucho.  :-p   I am excited!
